We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-Retail Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing and delivering complex SAP solutions tailored to our retail clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SAP IS-Retail and SAP CAR capabilities and a proven track record of successful implementation and integration with other systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Design, configure, and implement SAP IS-Retail solutions based on business requirements.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
– Lead the planning and implementation of project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
– Direct and mentor project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
– Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
– Conduct system configuration, development, testing, and end-user training.
– Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements by performing detailed quality checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-Retail and SAP CAR, including master data, purchasing, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and POS data management.
– Experience in SAP S\/4HANA.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
– Fluent in English, both verbal and written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– SAP Certification in IS-Retail.
– Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
– Knowledge of integration points with several POS, SCM, and other modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
– 8+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years focused on SAP IS-Retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– The position may require travel to client sites.
